Four Eighteen Enterprises Inc. is an established logistics firm operating as a contracted service provider for FedEx. Our team is committed to delivering reliable, safe, and efficient transportation solutions. We are seeking a highly organized and self-driven Driver Manager to lead the charge in overseeing our team of FedEx delivery drivers in Braselton, Georgia. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our drivers operate safely and efficiently while providing superior customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, including driver scheduling and coaching, dispatch coordination, and route planning.

  • Drive a step van or box truck and complete deliveries as needed to support operational coverage.

  • Monitor service levels, delivery performance, and compliance with FedEx contractual requirements.

  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining qualified drivers.

  • Manage driver onboarding, training schedules, and ongoing performance reviews.

  • Handle incident reporting, safety documentation, and operational compliance.

  • Track key business metrics such as mileage, fuel use, route efficiency, and labor costs.

  • Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Ensure adherence to DOT regulations, company policies, and FedEx standards.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of one year of driver management experience, preferably with FedEx, Amazon, or UPS.

  • Minimum of one year of residential delivery driver experience.

  • Prior experience driving a box truck and/or step van.

  • Prior experience with the FedEx Route Smart FRO system required.

  • Strong understanding of DOT compliance and transportation safety.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage drivers in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in basic office software (Excel, Google Workspace, dispatching tools).

  • Ability to work flexible hours to support operational needs.

  • Physical ability to support load & unload activities when necessary
