Manager Qualifications

  • Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
  • Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
  • Leader and motivator capable of taking a team of Stylists and Front desk to high performance levels through empathy, collaboration and accountability.
  • Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
  • Customer Service oriented, Capable of taking care of the customer by always putting yourself on the customer's side.
