Mammoth Distribution is one of California’s leading cannabis distributors, delivering top brands like Heavy Hitters and Papa & Barkley to dispensaries across the state. We're hiring a full-time Delivery Driver based in San Bernardino to run daily B2B delivery routes across the greater San Bernardino area. Each weekday, you'll drive a company-provided van into our North Hollywood HQ to pick up inventory, then deliver it to dispensary partners throughout San Bernardino, Riverside, Fontana, Rialto, Ontario, and surrounding Inland Empire communities. • Complete daily delivery reports and maintain accurate, meticulous paperwork
  • Collaborate with the sales team on delivery changes, product issues, and payment matters
  • Share product knowledge with dispensary partners as directed
  • Project a professional image and deliver outstanding customer service on every stop
  • Maintain company confidentiality at all times
What You'll Bring
  • Based in or near San Bernardino, CA, with willingness to commute daily to North Hollywood for inventory pick-up
  • Minimum 1 year of delivery, route driving, or long-haul driving experience; clean driving record required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Box truck, Sprinter van, or cargo van experience preferred
  • CDL not required; cannabis industry experience a plus
  • Comfortable with delivery apps, GPS navigation, and inventory management systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment and discretion
  • Flexible and adaptable - comfortable with a variable schedule and occasional overtime
Physical Requirements
  • Able to drive a van or box truck for 8-12+ hours daily
  • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stoop, stretch, twist, and bend throughout the shift
  • Good vision and hearing; consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance required
Also relevant if you have experience as: Route Driver, Delivery Associate, Driver Helper, Courier, Sprinter Van Driver, Box Truck Driver, Local Delivery Driver, Route Delivery Driver, Commercial Driver (No CDL required), or Cannabis Driver.
