Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial trucks with manual transmissions across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Secure freight following FMCSA load securement laws
- Deliver freight to various locations, including lumber yards, mills, dairy farms and hay fields following planned routes and schedules.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before and after each trip.
