Vehicle Check-In Specialist
Location: Beebe, AR
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Vehicle Check-In Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving vehicles as they arrive, accurately documenting their condition, verifying vehicle information, and ensuring each vehicle is properly processed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming vehicles upon arrival.
  • Verify VINs, odometer readings, and vehicle information for accuracy.
  • Perform visual condition inspections and document any existing damage.
  • Photograph vehicles according to company standards.
  • Apply stock numbers, barcodes, or inventory tags as required.
  • Maintain an organized and safe check-in area.
  • Report discrepancies, missing items, or vehicle issues to management.
  • Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
