Role Overview

As a Driver Helper, you’ll be an essential part of our delivery team, ensuring safe and timely transportation of food products to customer locations. You’ll assist the driver, maintain product integrity, and help create a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering products
  • Spot drivers during tight maneuvers for safety
  • Verify product counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with customers and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment
  • Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks
  • Report incidents promptly and follow all safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to lift 25–80 lbs. regularly
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and varying weather conditions
  • Flexible schedule (overnight and weekends required)
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Reliable transportation
  • Minimum 1 year of driver helper experience
  • Must be 18 years or older

Physical & Safety Requirements

  • Quick response to sounds and visual cues
  • Ability to move safely in confined spaces or uneven terrain
  • Strong night vision and awareness of potential hazards

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries operations run 7 nights a week, your schedule will include five-night within that schedule.
