As a Delivery Technician here at Aveanna, you'll play a vital role within our Operations team, ensuring patients receive the medical supplies and equipment they need safely and on time. You'll be responsible for delivering equipment directly to patients' homes, hospitals, and healthcare facilities while also supporting warehouse operations behind the scenes.

Position Responsibilities:
• Operate a delivery vehicle to transport medical supplies and equipment to patients, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
  • Perform equipment pick-ups and ensure proper handling and documentation
    • Educate patients on equipment usage, delivery schedules, and basic compliance information
    • Load and unload delivery vehicles with accuracy and care
    • Pull, stage, and prepare orders for daily delivery routes
    • Assist with shipping and receiving, including preparing packages through FedEx
    • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on equipment
    • Complete required logs, reports, and documentation accurately and on time
    • Assist in resolving patient concerns and providing excellent customer service
    • Support general warehouse operations, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness
    • Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Position Qualifications:
    • Valid driver's license (Class D or higher) with a clean driving record
