Job description

We will be looking to hire two more Apprentice Techs and start training on October 26, 2026. Please feel free to apply now and we will contact you when we begin the hiring process for our next Techs.

Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Monday through Friday.
  • On call rotation is 1 week every 5-6 weeks, when needed.
  • Hours between 7:00AM-5:30PM. Usually 8:00AM-4:30PM.

Work Location: Great properties located throughout the Twin Cities.
Interview Process: Virtual Interview via Microsoft Teams, and In-person Meet + Greet with the Hiring Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Complete apartment community work orders.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, appliances, electrical, doors and walls.
  • Maintain pools on select properties.
  • Maintain boilers on select properties.
  • Provide a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
  • Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
  • Help provide a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Assure safety standards are used which comply with all federal, state, city, and company guidelines.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Can do attitude.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Desire to be the best.

Special Requirements:
Occasional: Lifting of 50-100 pounds.
Frequent: Lifting of 25-50 pounds.
Constant: Lifting of 5-20 pounds.
Standing, sitting, squatting, bending, and occasional climbing.
License/Certification:
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and the reliable transportation to get to the worksite.
  • Must have or obtain CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification within 1 year of hire date. (Company Paid).
  • Must have or willing to obtain a boiler's license in the future. (Company Paid).
