Sales Associate - Recreational Vehicles

Compensation 

  • Commission Based Pay Plan with up to $150,000 with a Guaranteed Wage Supplement 

You don't need previous sales experience to take advantage of this AMAZING opportunity. Work in North Americas largest indoor showroom - over 140 RVs inside over 2 levels - Offering our customers a warm comfortable shopping expereince in Alberta's cold winters while keeping them cool during the summer.  Candidates who have excelled in this position include former business owners, educators and insurance agents, but we are open to anyone with passion, drive and potential. If you have a passion for travel, the outdoors, and helping people create lasting memories, selling RV's is a fun and enjoyable career. Job Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement dealership sales process
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
  • Training and utilization of Customer Management System ( CRM )
  • To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends
  • Negotiating and closing sales
  • Meeting monthly sales targets

Education and/or Experience

Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
