Job description

Are you an experienced Driller with AC Triple drilling rig experience? Join our crews in Williston, North Dakota, where we offer competitive wages, excellent benefits, crew transportation and crew accommodations.

Position Summary

The Driller is responsible to ensure proper training, safe work practices of the crew, and safe operation of the drilling rig is being adhered to. Drillers also operate and monitor the essential systems of the drilling rig including: hoisting, well control, mud and power systems found on the drilling rig. Safety is the first priority for all drilling rig personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain drilling fluid systems and pumps during drilling
  • Ensure safety and support equipment is functioning properly
  • Monitor drilling progress and communicate advancements/changes to Rig Manager
  • Maintain an up to date record of drilling progress
  • Train new crew members
  • Ensure usage of proper safety equipment
  • Ability to comply with company guidelines and work in a safe manner
