  • Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with Russian language curricula and common challenges such as mastering the six-case declension system, understanding verbal aspect, and developing Cyrillic reading fluency. Adapts instruction using case usage charts, aspect pair drilling, and authentic Russian texts and media to support learners from alphabet introduction through advanced students preparing for TORFL certification or academic study.
  • Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
