Design Ready Controls (DRC) is seeking a Buyer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of production materials by strategically managing the purchasing process.
What you'll do:
  • Strategic Sourcing: Create and manage purchase orders for a variety of materials, considering factors like lead time, demand, cost, and inventory space.
  • Inventory Management: Analyze inventory levels, identify re-order points, and proactively address potential shortages.
  • ERP System Expertise: Utilize our ERP system to efficiently manage purchase orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
  • Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, competitive pricing, and excellent quality.
  • Production Support: Collaborate closely with production teams to identify and resolve potential supply chain issues.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and optimize inventory costs.

Education | Abilities | Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
