• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their individual situations.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities in your practice, including cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive arts therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to foster personal growth.
• Create measurable therapeutic goals with clients and regularly track their progress to adjust treatment strategies effectively.
• Provide teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits or prefer virtual engagement.
• Maintain meticulous and ethical documentation, upholding the highest professionalism regarding client confidentiality.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in mental health counseling.

Our client base is diverse, including individuals of various backgrounds, ages, and presenting issues. You will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Our approach is deeply rooted in understanding the unique cultural and social contexts of our clients, allowing for personalized treatment that recognizes the whole individual.

• Valid and current California state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A non-judgmental, empathetic approach to counseling that facilitates open and honest client discussions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and maintain thorough documentation.

• Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly those addressing trauma and anxiety.
• Prior experience in a private practice setting or outpatient facility.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to salary, you will enjoy benefits including:
