The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:


Shifts:


  • 11:45 p.m. - 8:15 a.m. Mon - Fri


Summary:

Overall responsibilities include inspecting and packaging the machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Serves in a multi-faceted role of operating, packing, and maintaining required supplies at the machines to keep it producing flawlessly.

  • The machine must produce parts at high levels of quality and efficiency.

  • Must keep the machine at optimal operation capacity by communicating any issues to the Team Leader/supervisor/mechanic and ensuring product quality.

  • Must ensure product quality requirements are met to ensure functionality and cosmetic attributes expected by customers.

  • Records appropriate production reports.

  • Keep the working environment area clean and safe.


Requirements:


  • Lift up to 30 lbs. on a frequent basis

  • Push or pull with up to 50 lbs. of force on an occasional basis

  • Stoop, kneel, climb, or squat on an occasional basis

  • Use hands to grip, pinch, handle, reach, or feel frequently

  • Stand on a continuous basis and walk frequently

  • Possess manual dexterity

  • Able to perform repetitive tasks up to 8 hours per day

Educations and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent and/or prior operator experience.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define and react to problems, color variations, and small imperfections, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and decisions during a fairly fast-paced production level.
