What You Will Do

As a Drain Sales Consultant, you'll combine technical expertise with relationship-building and business development. You'll help customers solve drain and sewer issues while developing partnerships with plumbing contractors who rely on our team for specialized services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose and resolve residential drain and sewer issues using industry-leading tools and equipment.
  • Perform drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, and related drain and sewer services.
  • Educate customers on findings and recommend solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Prepare estimates and communicate service recommendations clearly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with plumbing contractors and referral partners throughout your territory.
  • Prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, contractor visits, and community engagement.
  • Promote services including drain cleaning, camera inspections, hydro jetting, sewer excavation, pipe lining, and specialty drain solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for plumbing companies needing drain and sewer expertise.
  • Follow up with customers and referral partners to ensure exceptional service and identify additional opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunities within the company CRM.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
  • Consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales, referral, and territory growth goals.
What You Need

Valid Driver's License2+ years of sales, business development, account management, or relationship-building experienceStrong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProblem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail
