Responsibilities
  • The Dragon Copilot Analyst position is responsible for providing technical support, configuration, and ongoing maintenance for assigned healthcare applications, Dragon Medical One (DMO) dictation, Dragon Copilot AI Ambient Listening solutions, and related technologies throughout their full lifecycle.
  • This includes access, provisioning, implementation, testing, training, optimization, support, and maintenance.
  • The role will work with teams to manage small to mid-sized projects related to these applications and technologies.
  • This position also performs essential functions and tasks independently under minimal supervision.
  • The Staff Application Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, configuration, and ongoing maintenance for assigned healthcare applications and related technologies throughout their full lifecycle.
  • This includes application selection, implementation, optimization, support, archival, and decommissioning.
  • The role may also manage small to mid-sized projects related to these applications and technologies.
  • As required, the analyst maintains applicable certifications (e.g., Epic).
  • This position performs essential functions independently under minimal supervision.
  • The caregiver is expected to carry out standard duties with limited direction while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, Excel (pivot tables), Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word
  • Possesses in-depth business and application knowledge and experience

Must have Experience

  • Requires certification in one or more Epic applications and ongoing maintenance of certification, as applicable.
