Building Designs by Marshall & Marine, Inc.
Designing Dreams One Line At A Time

Company Description

Building Designs by Marshall & Marine, Inc. is a locally established residential design company that has proudly served Highlands County for 25 years. We specialize in the design and preparation of residential structural plans and have provided plans for projects throughout the state of Florida.

Our work focuses on designing new homes and preparing the detailed plans needed to bring those designs from an idea to a complete set of construction documents. While a strong understanding of residential construction is important to what we do, we are not a construction company and do not build the homes we design.

Over the past 25 years, we have built our business on experience, attention to detail, and relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, engineers, and other professionals throughout the industry.

We are a small, close-knit company where every team member plays an important role. We value dependable people who take pride in their work, are willing to learn, and want the opportunity to develop their skills and grow with an established local business.
