About the Role
As a Drafter, you'll play a critical role in transforming concepts, measurements, and customer selections into accurate production-ready drawings.
Working closely with Designers, Production, and Project Teams, you'll help ensure every project moves smoothly from design to manufacturing. You'll learn industry-leading software, support active projects, and contribute to creating exceptional cabinetry that meets Greyloch's standards for quality and innovation.

What You'll Do
  • Learn and apply Cabinet Vision software to support design development and production drawings.
  • Collaborate with Designers and project team members to support active and upcoming projects.
  • Create cabinet layouts that align with client needs, project requirements, and Greyloch standards.
  • Update drawings based on field measurements, revisions, and customer selections.
  • Prepare drawing packets and project documentation for production, internal teams, and customer approvals.
  • Coordinate project details and timelines with Design Leads to support efficient workflow management.
  • Assist in preparing bids and estimates for prospective and active projects.
  • Support design revisions resulting from customer feedback, field conditions, or project changes.
  • Participate in field measuring activities as needed to verify dimensions and support project accuracy.
  • Maintain organized project files and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and drafting skills.
