Company Description The North Dakota Corn Growers Association (NDCGA), organized in 1987, is a farmer-led membership organization representing corn producers across North Dakota. As one of 28 state affiliates of the National Corn Growers Association, NDCGA focuses on policy issues that directly affect the state’s corn industry and agricultural communities. The association is governed by 14 grower leaders from seven districts, along with two at-large directors, ensuring broad representation of producer interests. NDCGA works to strengthen the voice of corn growers through advocacy, education, and outreach. Interns have the opportunity to support this mission and gain exposure to agricultural policy and grassroots engagement.

Role Description The Communications & Outreach Intern will support day-to-day communication and engagement activities that promote NDCGA’s mission and programs. This internship role is on-site in Fargo, ND, providing hands-on experience working closely with staff and grower leaders. Responsibilities include assisting with social media updates, website content, newsletters, and other member communications, as well as helping prepare outreach materials for events, meetings, and advocacy efforts. The intern may help coordinate logistics for producer events, gather stories and photos from members, and track engagement metrics. The role also involves basic administrative support related to communications and outreach projects, while learning about agricultural policy and the corn industry.
