TITLE: Trusts & Estates Administrative Assistant
LOCATION: New Jersey or New York Office
Seeking a Trust & Estate Administrative Assistant to join Firm X’s T&E Department in their New Jersey or New York offices.
REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Three (3+) years of professional experience
  • Experience with general probate procedures (including, but not limited to, document drafting and filing, etc.)
  • Communication with clients, probate clerks and other professionals
  • Drafting of initial estate administration documents
  • Assist with asset valuations, transfers and redemptions,
  • Collection of cash accounts, marshalling of assets,
  • Assistance with preparation of estate tax returns, drafting of distribution documents, and
  • Overall general assistance to trust and estate attorneys and paralegals in all other basis aspects of estate and trust administration.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and be a team player.
