Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Corporate Counsels with strong in-house experience in technology transactions. You will apply your expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, and playbook development to review and evaluate AI-generated legal content.

No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform contract drafting, redlining, and simulated negotiations.

  • Review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other technology agreements.

  • Evaluate AI-generated contract analysis and provide expert feedback.

  • Develop playbooks, evaluation frameworks, and grading criteria for contract tasks.

  • Identify legal risks, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with legal, product, and research teams remotely.

Required Qualifications
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

  • Active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.

  • 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.

  • Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related commercial agreements.

  • Excellent contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
