Maintenance Technician / Equipment OperatorLincoln Trail Motosports (Casey, IL)
Full-Time | Some Weekends & Holidays Required

Lincoln Trail Motosports is hiring a Maintenance Technician / Equipment Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in heavy equipment operation, facility maintenance, groundskeeping, and equipment repair.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining tractors, skid steers, dozers, backhoes, dump trucks, ATVs, motorcycles, and side-by-sides (SxS).
If you are experienced in mechanical maintenance, heavy equipment operation, and outdoor facility upkeep, we encourage you to apply.
Job Duties

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on:
    • Tractors
    • Skid steers
    • Dozers
    • Backhoes
    • Dump trucks
    • ATVs
    • Motorcycles
    • Side-by-sides
  • Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Complete grounds maintenance including mowing, trash removal, and general property upkeep
  • Maintain buildings, grounds, and race facility areas
  • Assist with track preparation and event setup
  • Inspect machinery and report repair needs
  • Ensure all equipment is properly fueled, cleaned, and operational
Qualifications

  • Experience in equipment maintenance, mechanic work, or heavy equipment operation required
  • Experience with tractors, skid steers, dozers, or backhoes preferred
  • Experience with small engine repair, powersports maintenance, or diesel equipment is a plus
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Availability for weekends and holidays required
