Responsible for full and safe operation, set up, and adjustment of the Repro Line along with maintaining process control and basic maintenance. Responsible for increasing productivity while meeting and following safety policies and quality standards. Leads by example and maintains a harmless environment for self and co-workers by performing duties in a safe manner. Must be Forklift Certified to conduct daily responsibilities.

  • Follows all Company policies regarding safety, quality and attendance.
  • Competent in DcLINK. Capable of using accurate scanning scripts as needed per job function.
  • Competent and knowledgeable in JDE and Zebra Printer; to print "C" Labels for Repro.
  • Capable of safely and properly Starting Up and Shutting Down the Repro Line.
  • Executes color/material Change Over as needed or directed by Management.
  • Properly and safely operates the Gaylord Lifter, Conveyor Belts, Guillotine, Metal Detectors, Shredder, Extruder Panel, Palletizer, Operator Interface, Dozer, Water Tank, ESP Scale and Pump.
  • Understands adjustment and set up of Extruder temperature requirements and standards, properly and safely completes Screen Changes.
  • Understands adjustment and set up of screw and cutter blade speed settings, properly and safely completes Blade Changes.
  • Sources out and inspects Scrap for foreign materials prior to introduction to Conveyor Belts and Shredder. Understands the importance of avoiding contaminating material and/or damaging equipment.
  • Properly fills, labels, scans and places Repro Gaylord's in designated area.
  • Completes ALL required reports and/or forms and submits them to Production Supervisor/Team Lead by end of Shift or as required.
  • Maintains a neat and organized working station by meeting housekeeping standards as required by Plant.
  • Participates in the Safety 100 Program entry, as required.
  • Reports any safety concerns, hazards or acts to Production Supervisor/Team Lead immediately.
  • Participates in employee driven teams to address scrap, quality, safety or other production related issues.
  • Other duties may be assigned, as needed.
