Dozer Operator Jobs in Baltimore, MD (NOW HIRING)

Seeking experienced Dozer/Excavator Operators to join a dynamic team in Curtis Bay, Maryland. This role involves operating heavy equipment to efficiently load dirt onto trucks.

• Operate dozers and excavators to load 150-200 trucks daily with dirt.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of heavy equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily loading targets.

• 5+ years of experience operating excavators and loading trucks.
• Proficiency in heavy equipment operation, including front end loaders and D6 dozers.

• Additional experience with various heavy equipment is advantageous.

This role offers a 6-month contract with potential for further opportunities based on performance. The company has multiple plants in Maryland and encourages internal promotions, providing a pathway for career advancement.

Work hours are from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM. The position involves operating within an industrial environment, requiring adherence to safety standards and protocols.

This is a Contract position based out of Pasadena, MD.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
