Join Our Fulfillment Team!

Are you a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Doyles Sheehan is looking for a Fulfillment Team Member to join our crew in Coeur d'Alene, ID. If you enjoy active work and are looking for a stable Sunday–Thursday schedule, we want to hear from you!


Your Typical Day

  • Pick & Pack: Use a wrist scanner to locate and pick orders quickly and accurately.

  • Prepare for Transport: Wrap loads securely by hand or with a machine, and secure them to trucks with load locks to ensure safe delivery.

  • Safety First: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and "chariots" (certification provided).

  • Inventory Care: Stock incoming freight and ensure all load documentation is complete and accurate.


Bonus Potential

  • This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus based on individual and team performance.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. rarely.

  • Strength: Must have a hand grip force of at least 50 lbs. in each hand and the ability to pull a pallet jack requiring 75 lbs. of pull.

  • Agility: Frequent walking, standing, crouching, and occasional climbing of step ladders.

  • Reliability: High School Diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

  • Experience: One year of experience doing similar work is preferred, but we are open to providing on-the-job training.
