Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

13-week Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) assignment with 40 guaranteed hours per week, working 5x8-hour day shifts (8:30 AM–5:00 PM). No call, weekend, or holiday requirements. The SLP will provide acute care speech-language pathology services, including the evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Requirements:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the applicable state
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program
  • Minimum 2 years of acute care or hospital Speech-Language Pathology experience
  • Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Proficiency performing Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies required
  • FEES certification preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and computer skills
