About the Opportunity:

Elliman Capital is the integrated lending arm of Douglas Elliman, bringing modern technology, elevated service, and seamless collaboration into one of the most powerful luxury real estate ecosystems in the country.

We are expanding rapidly and placing experienced Mortgage Loan Originators directly inside Douglas Elliman offices. This role is ideal for relationship-driven, purchase-focused professionals who want visibility into active buyers, engaged agents, and strong market activity.

This is a hybrid role positioned inside the office or offices where the business happens, designed for MLOs who value both advanced technology and classic relationship-based lending.

Responsibilities:

โ€ข Build and maintain strong relationships with agents in your assigned Douglas Elliman office or offices
โ€ข Provide timely pre-approvals and mortgage guidance for agents and clients
โ€ข Manage the full origination process from application through closing
โ€ข Participate in office meetings, trainings, and client events
โ€ข Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and company lending requirements
โ€ข Develop and nurture additional self-sourced business



Requirements:

โ€ข Active Texas NMLS license
โ€ข 4+ years of residential mortgage origination experience preferred
โ€ข Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
โ€ข Purchase-focused origination experience
โ€ข Ability to work hybrid within the assigned office or offices
โ€ข Self-driven mindset with the ability to operate within a high-performing environment



Compensation:

Compensation varies based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
Structure includes:
โ€ข Uncapped, competitive bps compensation
โ€ข Monthly marketing credits based on volume
โ€ข Additional performance-based incentives
