Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled .NET Support Engineer to provide application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for business-critical applications developed on the Microsoft .NET platform. The ideal candidate should have strong debugging skills, experience with SQL databases, and the ability to resolve production issues efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide  support for .NET-based applications.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests.
  • Analyze application logs and identify root causes of issues.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
  • Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
  • Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and deployment support.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.
 

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core.
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server, writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Web APIs, IIS, Windows Services, and application monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Experience with debugging tools and log analysis.
  • Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, or other source control tools.
