Job description:
The .NET Developer will support the modernization of an enterprise tolling transaction platform undergoing a partial rewrite using microservices and modularization. The developer will work within an Agile/Scrum team and contribute to the development of backend services and application components using .NET Core and C#. This role collaborates with solution architects, cloud engineers, SQL developers, API developers, and testers and reports to the Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with SQL developers to implement efficient data access patterns.
• Contribute to modernization of the tolling platform using microservices and modular architecture.
• Develop new application features and enhance existing functionalities.
• Participate in performance optimization efforts across application layers.
• Integrate with Azure-based components and cloud services.
• Support CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub pipelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver sprint commitments.
