Job Description

Primary Responsibilitiesย 
Work with business and product owners to develop new features and improve existing featuresย 
Work with software architects and team leadership to modernize legacy web applicationsย 
Work in agile environment to deliver new features and enhancements on an iterative release scheduleย 
Daily support and maintenance of web applications for the production divisionย 
Quality assurance documentation and testing to ensure that business expectations and project goals are fully realizedย 
Creating project artifacts such as requirements documents, design documents and implementation plansย 
Working with in-house technology teams to optimize application and database performanceย 
Qualificationsย 
5+ years in developing web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and ASP.NETย 
Highly proficient in writing frontend code using JavaScriptย 
Experience with ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET MVCย 
Sound knowledge of software design patterns and principlesย 
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server including writing complex queries and stored proceduresย 
Strong problem solving skillsย 
Experience with working in an agile development environmentย 
Experience with modernizing legacy web applicationsย 
Experience with Microsoft TFS or similar source code management softwareย 
Outstanding interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff levels
