You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to solve complex business challenges, improve existing applications, and deliver scalable solutions that make a meaningful impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET applications supporting internal operations, eCommerce, manufacturing, shipping, and reporting systems.

Enhance existing software by troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing new features while following established change management processes.

Partner with business stakeholders and IT team members to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and deliver effective technical solutions.

Participate in technical discussions related to feature development, system improvements, technical debt reduction, and research initiatives.

Assist with upgrades and maintenance of supporting technologies, including third-party libraries, web servers, databases, and related platforms.

Create and maintain technical documentation to support application stability, knowledge sharing, and long-term maintainability.

Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote high-quality development standards across the team.

Mentor and support less experienced developers by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

Stay current on emerging technologies, development tools, and industry trends to continuously improve software solutions and development practices.

Collaborate across departments to deliver reliable, scalable applications that support Weissman's business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Database Administration, or a related technical field preferred.

Experience

4 to 6 years of professional experience developing applications using Microsoft's .NET technologies, including .NET Web Forms and C# or VB.NET.

Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise software applications.

Experience supporting eCommerce, manufacturing, distribution, or other business-critical systems preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, + Abilities

Proficiency developing applications using .NET Web Forms and C# or VB.NET.

Experience working with SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational databases.

Familiarity with source control systems and development workflows, including branching and merging strategies.

Knowledge of web technologies including Web Services, AJAX, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and related concepts.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience participating in code reviews and following software development best practices.

Ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional environment.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Microsoft IIS, Bootstrap or Foundation, SEO fundamentals, and Infor M3 technologies is a plus.
