Education and Experience » 3–5 years of experience in software development or application support. Experience working within the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server). Experience supporting and maintaining production applications. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred: Experience with student information systems or education-focused applications. Experience in K-12, public sector, or large enterprise environments. Experience with application lifecycle management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub). Familiarity with system integrations and data exchange between applications. Knowledge of compliance-driven environments (education, government, etc.). WHAT YOU’LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Application Development & Support: Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain student information systems, single-purpose applications, and custom district solutions. Provide ongoing maintenance, patching, and upgrade support for existing applications. Support the full software development lifecycle using Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, SQL Server, etc.). Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform system testing, debugging, and issue resolution across applications and environments. Troubleshoot moderately complex application issues and provide timely resolution or escalation. Ensure system reliability, performance, and data integrity.
