Senior .NET Developer

Location: Albuquerque, NM, USA
Job Type: Long-Term

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead to lead Agile development teams while providing hands-on technical leadership in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET development, IBM FileNet, Oracle, AWS, and technical solution architecture. This role requires mentoring developers, serving as a Scrum Master, building Proof of Concepts (POCs), and presenting technical recommendations to architecture and governance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor development teams, establishing coding standards, best practices, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and maintaining team velocity.

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful APIs.

  • Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical solutions and reduce implementation risks.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions.

  • Present solution options, architecture designs, technical trade-offs, and recommendations to Technical Review Boards and executive stakeholders.

  • Integrate enterprise applications with IBM FileNet for document management and workflow automation.

  • Design and optimize Oracle database solutions, including PL/SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.

  • Build and support cloud-native solutions on AWS, including EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.

  • Develop scalable microservices and REST APIs following modern architectural principles and best practices.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize application performance.

  • Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 6+

  • Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, and RESTful Services

  • Experience leading Agile teams and serving as a Technical Lead and/or Scrum Master

  • Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet

  • Strong Oracle database development and performance tuning experience

  • Experience working with AWS Cloud, including Amazon RDS

  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise application development

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and DevOps practices

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
