Tranquility Place is one of the last privately owned methadone clinics in Utah and we are looking to hire a dosing nurse. Going on ten years changing lives one person at a time. - Must be at minimum a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license in the state of Utah
- Must pass background check
- Competent with computer and software (software training done in house)
- Administers medication to patients
- Hand out takehome doses
- Prepares specimens for UA lab
