Job description

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Administrative Assistant experience is a must.
  • Security clearance preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Bachelor's Degree or -1-2 years' experience in security field
  • Knowledge, experience, and understanding of both the DCSA and the IC community to effectively perform duties.
  • Understanding DoD and DoS Contractor security clearance knowledge is preferred but not required.
  • Effectively communicate at all levels of the company and the government
  • Strong interpersonal skills, work independently, and the ability to work with a team, possess a positive attitude to do what it takes to meet the mission.
  • Working knowledge with ACCS, DISS, NISS, e-QIP, and SIMS experience is a plus but not required. Valiant offers security professionals a unique opportunity to serve as part of the security department supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC) to include its customers, and internal business units.
  • Create and save documents in the designated folder as required. Maintain confidential personal information.
  • Attention to details is a must.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees. This job will primarily be in an Office Setting.
