Are you an experienced garage door technician seeking a more predictable schedule, dependable job flow, and a professional workplace?

At Design Array Garage Door Store, we have delivered high quality garage door service throughout the Valley for nearly three decades, and we're actively growing our team. As a family-owned business, we focus on equipping our technicians for success with steady leads, strong professional support, competitive compensation, and a collaborative, low-stress environment centered on quality workmanship and teamwork.

Why Work Here?

  • Real Work-Life Balance — No after-hours or emergency calls during the week. Just a fair, occasional Saturday rotation.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Install new garage doors, openers, and hardware
  • Repair and service existing systems (springs, cables, rollers, tracks, openers)
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform safety inspections, and recommend fixes/upgrades
  • Provide clear explanations and great service to customers
  • Keep jobs safe, clean, and completed on time
  • Maintain your tools and service vehicle

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of hands-on garage door installation and repair experience (residential preferred)
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean record
  • Your own basic hand/power tools (we provide specialized equipment)
  • Able to lift 50–75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in Arizona weather
  • Mechanical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
  • Professional attitude and good communication with customers
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. (proof of ID and authorization)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

Benefits:

  • Mostly Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Commission program with strong earning potential
  • Quality leads straight from our premier showroom
  • Overtime available

If you're a skilled technician looking for a family-owned company that truly supports its team and rewards your hard work, we'd love to hear from you.
