We take pride in delivering great food and genuine hospitalityand we're looking for energetic, guest-focused servers to join our Wilmington brunch team.
Position Overview

As a Brunch Server, you'll be the face of the Hill Donut Co. experience on our busiest days. You'll own your tables from hello to goodbyetaking orders, running food, upselling mimosa flights and specialty donuts, and making sure every guest leaves happy. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional brunch service that turns first-timers into regulars.
  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through our brunch menu and donut selections.
  • Upsell mimosa flights, specialty drinks, and featured menu items.
  • Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
  • Follow allergy and dietary protocols to ensure guest safety at all times.
  • Keep your section clean and organized throughout the shift.
  • Communicate with the kitchen and team to keep service flowing smoothly.
  • Assist with side work and opening/closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Previous brunch or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must be available weekends Saturday and Sunday availability is required.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume brunch environment.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
