The BI Developer will be part of the Information Technology team. The team focuses on high impact issues that increase overall performance. This role is responsible for data management, data governance, business reporting, and data opportunity analytics. The role requires the automation and maintenance of reports and dashboards, the identification and integration of multiple data sources, and the ability to drive solutions from concept through execution.

- Evaluate and improve existing BI systems

- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
- Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required
- Handles special assignments and projects involving independent research and developments as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 3 or more years of experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) including proficiency in writing SQL queries
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, relational databases, OLAP and ETL processing
- Experience with data visualization suites and major BI platforms, Domo experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with database standards regarding items such as data backup, recovery, security and integrity
