General Manager - Domino's Pizza
Location: Bonney Lake, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Join Our Team
Team Alexander Domino's is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven General Manager to lead our Bonney Lake location.
Previous Domino's management experience is required. This position is intended for candidates who already understand Domino's systems, standards, and culture and can step into a leadership role with minimal training.
We're looking for a leader who takes ownership, develops people, delivers exceptional customer service, and consistently drives strong operational results.

Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the restaurant. This includes leading the team, driving sales, controlling costs, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining Domino's brand standards, and creating an outstanding customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role. General Managers are expected to work alongside their team while setting the standard for professionalism, urgency, and accountability.
What You'll Do
Leadership
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members.
Coach Assistant Managers and Shift Managers to become future leaders.
Build a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.
Hold employees accountable to company expectations.
Lead by example every shift.
Operations
Manage all daily restaurant operations.
Ensure compliance with Domino's operating standards.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure product quality and order accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant.
Financial Management
Control labor costs.
Manage food cost and inventory.
Complete accurate food ordering.
Analyze sales and operational reports.
Drive profitability while maintaining excellent service.
Meet or exceed company performance goals.
Staffing
Recruit and retain great employees.
Build effective weekly schedules.
Maintain proper staffing levels.
Conduct performance coaching and evaluations.
Create development plans for future leaders.
Customer Experience
Resolve customer concerns professionally.

Required Qualifications
Previous Domino's management experience is REQUIRED.
Applicants must have prior management experience within a Domino's Pizza restaurant and demonstrate a working knowledge of:

Food safety and sanitation

Delivery operations
