Job Title: Assistant Manager

Overview: As an Assistant Manager at Domino’s, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in leading a team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your role involves overseeing daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the quality of our products. You’ll be a key part of the leadership team, helping to create a positive work environment and drive the store’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the store’s operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a high level of service.
  • Ensure all food products meet Domino’s quality standards and food safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash management, store cleanliness, and inventory checks.
