Job Title: General Warehouse Associate
Location: 300 Cardinal Drive, Marengo, Ohio 43334
Job Type: Full-Time Opportunities Available

We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Marengo, Ohio. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our key departments: Shipping, Receiving, or Order Selection.
Schedule and Shifts
Hiring for the following shifts:
• Shift 1-Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:00 pm. ($17.50 hr. base pay)
• Shift 2-Monday-Friday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. ($17.50 hr. base pay + $1.00/hr. shift Premium totaling $18.50/hr.)
• Shift 3- Sunday-Thursday 11:00 pm-7:00 am ($17.50 hr. base pay + $1.50/hr. shift Premium totaling $19.00/hr.)
• Shift 4- Saturday and Sunday 6am-6pm + Two 8-hour Shifts during the week. ($17.50 hr. base pay + $1.50/hr. shift Premium totaling $19.00/hr.)
*Shifts and Positions are subject to availability and business needs*
What You'll Do:
Receiving Department:
• Unload trailers, check in product, and palletize merchandise all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
• Meet production goals
Shipping Department:
• Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
• Meet production goals.
Order Selection Department:
• Use a voice-pick headset system to select boxes
• Place labels on boxes and move them to the conveyor belt
• Meet production goals per minute, hour, and day, all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
What You Bring:
• No certifications required - just a strong work ethic.
• Safety Mindset - 100% Commitment.
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes or more per hour.
• Previous warehouse experience, preferred, not required.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8-12 hours per shift.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Dependability and team spirit.
