Dedicated truck driver - Dollar General

Average pay: $1,380-$1,690 weekly

Home time: Weekly

Experience: All CDL holders

Overview
  • Hauling retail merchandise on liftgate trailers.
  • 100% hand unload freight at Dollar General stores using rolltainers.
  • Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
  • 3-5 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.
  • Drive within the Midwest.
Pay and bonus potential
  • Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Weekly performance pay.
  • $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
  • Paid orientation.
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
