Job Description Wash Bay Shift Supervisor 3rd Shift - Decatur, ILThis is an exempt level position.Supervise the daily operations of the ADM trucking wash bay.Job Responsibilities:Inspect trailer washes to maintain quality standardsLead training requirements for the shift's work group jobs being performed.Make judgment calls to achieve daily goalsMonitor confined space entriesMust have the ability to lead a growing and diverse workforce.Implement policies, procedures and guidelines in a consistent manner.Coordinate with dispatch and city management so that equipment is ready when needed.Take ownership of all aspects of the Washbay shift performanceHold and participate in quarterly and monthly meetings and ensure company information is communicated effectively.Maintain needed supplies to ensure operation of washbay.Manage steaming of trailers and containers so product is at correct temps without damaging itAbility to operate yard dog to move trailers around the yardJob Requirements:Able to work in a variety of conditionsHigh school diploma or equivalent required2+ years' supervisory experience preferredAvailability to work 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:00AM)Ability to climb stairs, bending, kneeling, lifting, sitting/standing for long periods of time, work with heightsLeadership characteristics, ability to motivate othersSupervise employees to meet deadlinesSupervise and monitor confined space entriesTrain employees on job functions and safety policiesExcited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed?
