Noble Dog Lodge is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Dog Trainer to join our team. We are looking for a trainer with a strong background in fear-free, force-free, and positive reinforcement-based training methods who is passionate about helping dogs and their families build confidence, communication, and lasting success.


At Noble Dog, we believe training should strengthen the bond between dogs and their people while prioritizing the emotional and physical well-being of every dog.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct private training sessions and behavior consultations
  • Develop individualized training plans based on each dog's needs and goals
  • Teach foundational obedience, manners, leash skills, confidence-building, and impulse control
  • Evaluate canine behavior and provide appropriate recommendations
  • Educate pet parents on training techniques and behavior management
  • Maintain detailed records and training notes
  • Collaborate with canine care staff and management regarding guest behavior and training opportunities
  • Assist in developing and growing Noble Dog Lodge's training programs
  • Represent Noble Dog Lodge in a professional and positive manner
