We are urgently seeking hard-working, self-motivated, and passionate dog lovers to join our professional behind-the-scenes squad!! Our Operations Department has two different positions available:
As a Guest Services associate, you will be part of our back-of-house department and responsible for providing the highest quality of care to all our four-legged guests! Using a combination of state-of-the-art equipment and Eco-friendly chemicals, you will be responsible for maintaining industry-leading cleaning and sanitizing standards. Additionally, you will ensure all our guests receive meals, medications, exercise, and love!
In joining our team, you will receive on-the-job, ultramodern training in dog body language, pack behavior, social group management, and safe handling protocols. We offer a friendly, welcoming, work environment and a strong team of dedicated canine lovers! We are requiring reliable individuals that have a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get dirty!
Both positions are entry-level, with opportunities for growth! They require comfort with all sizes and breeds of dogs, as well as comfort in managing large playgroups. You will be working very hands-on; supervising social groups, providing enrichment, monitoring play styles and interactions, cleaning, record keeping, and completing health checks (checking over body, ears, gums, paws, etc.).
The positions are physically demanding and require you to be on your feet for long periods of time. A successful candidate will be a significant canine lover, pay excellent attention to detail, set and maintain high standards for sanitation and cleanliness, have the exceptional ability to multitask, time manage, and adapt to change.
