What does a dog manager do?

A Dog Manager is responsible for overseeing the care, training, and well-being of dogs in various settings such as kennels, doggy daycares, shelters, or training facilities. Their duties may include supervising staff, developing care routines, managing feeding and exercise schedules, and ensuring a safe environment for the animals. Additionally, they may interact with clients, coordinate adoptions or training programs, and handle administrative tasks related to animal care.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills help in managing staff, clients, and ensuring animal welfare. These competencies are crucial for maintaining high standards of care, smooth operations, and a safe, positive environment for both animals and staff.
