What are some common challenges faced by a dog manager when overseeing a team of handlers and dogs?

Dog Managers often encounter challenges related to coordinating schedules, ensuring consistent training standards, and addressing behavioral issues among the dogs. Additionally, managers must stay updated on animal welfare regulations and best practices to create a safe, productive environment. Building positive relationships with handlers and fostering a collaborative atmosphere are also essential for success in this role.

Their duties may include supervising staff, developing care routines, managing feeding and exercise schedules, and ensuring a safe environment for the animals. Additionally, they may interact with clients, coordinate adoptions or training programs, and handle administrative tasks related to animal care.
