SITE SECURITY MANAGER
Location: Nellis AFB, NV | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: Active TS/SCI Summary:
Cyntel Technologies is seeking a Site Security Manager to oversee and advise on SCIF construction requirements per ICD‑705, including development of Construction Security Plans (CSP), compliance inspections, and security documentation throughout project phases. You will also implement the technology requirements of modern classified spaces to comply with ICD 705, and subsequently oversee all the aspects of physical, personnel, and operational security for classified facility development at Nellis Air Force Base. This role ensures compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and company security policies while supporting mission-critical operations in a dynamic and high-security environment. This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO). All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. What You Will Do: • Oversee and advise on SCIF construction requirements per ICD‑705, including development of Construction Security Plans (CSP), compliance inspections, and security documentation throughout project phases. • Manage and enforce site-wide security protocols in accordance with DoD, DSS, and ICD 705 standards • Oversee access control, visitor management, and badging systems • Conduct security briefings, debriefings, and training for cleared personnel • Interface with government security representatives and support inspections, audits, and investigations • Maintain and update security documentation, including SOPs, incident reports, and clearance records • Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD 5200.1-R, and other applicable regulations • Lead emergency response planning and coordinate with base security and law enforcement • Supervise security staff and ensure coverage for 24/7 operations as needed What We're Looking For: • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. • Active TS/SCI DoD Clearance Required: • 5+ years of experience in industrial or government security management • Strong knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 705, and DoD security protocols • SCIF Construction Experience • Site Security Manager Certification • Experience supporting military or intelligence operations preferred • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo environment Why Cyntel Technologies?
