About this position: Sr. Project Manager Location โ€“ Washington, DC The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Wage/Salary Range: $115k - $125K Applicants will be notified via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide supporting activities to assist in the management and coordination of projects ranging in scope from single-system to Agency-wide implementation. Managed projects may also have a government-wide impact such as the Electronic Government initiatives. Assist in the maintenance of detailed schedules for all projects to track milestones, tasks and resource allocation to meet project deadlines. Assisting to ensure project deliverables are met. Ensure all phases of projects are documented using government provided ITSM. Report on service requests, incidents, and project-related tickets using Zendesk, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs). Coordinate the routing, approval, and execution of project documents and deliverables using DocuSign, ensuring signature workflows are completed accurately and on schedule. Helping to ensure compliance of all process, procedures, and the documentation requirements of the PRB, CCB, and other IT Governance Boards as may be required. Assist in development of the following mandatory weekly reports: Project Status Summary Report Project Management Updates Weekly Activity Report Monthly Metrics Report. Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s degree and/or equivalent certifications or military work-related experience. Level of Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience with managing a variety of deliverables in a fast-paced environment Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manger on a Federal government contract. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Experience with Zendesk (or a comparable ticketing/service desk platform), including ticket management, queue monitoring, and reporting Experience with DocuSign, including preparing, routing, and tracking documents through electronic signature workflows Must have an active US government security clearance. This position requires public trust. Preferred PMP Certification Previous IT Project Management experience. Supervisory Responsibilities This position will have supervisory responsibilities.
