About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a growing residential remodeling and custom home building company. This position plays a key role in coordinating office operations, supporting project administration, maintaining client communication, and ensuring efficient collaboration between the office, field staff, clients, and vendors.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relations - Daily interaction with Clients and Vendors 
  • Builder Software Program - Utilize a software platform to communicate with Clients and Vendors
  • QuickBooks - AR, AP, Job Estimating, check printing 
  • Social Media - Content, Blogging, Photos, Etc. 
  • Newsletter - Monthly Newsletter 
  • Website - WordPress, Content, Photos, Etc. 
  • Insurance - WC, GL, Compliance 
  • Permitting & Licensing - Compliance, Business Licensing & Payments 
  • Office - Scheduling and day-to-day operations, operating phones, ordering supplies 

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively. 
  • Experience with Word, Excel, G-Mail, DocuSign, Social Media Platforms & QuickBooks Online
  • Strategic Work - developing and implementing current and future systems and processes
  • Designer experience and Chief Architect knowledge are a plus 
  • Organized, well-spoken, and clearly communicates
  • Knowledge and/or past experience of Residential Construction 
  • A Positive Can Do Attitude, Solution Oriented 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Professionalism in manner and attire. 

Compensation: 

  • $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience 
  • Health Insurance Stipend as the group health plan went away.
