• Position: Revenue Operations Specialist - Provide administrative support to the field sales team and act as the point of reference for administrative matters. The role focuses on reducing administrative burden so Business Consultants can concentrate on sales activities. Attention to detail is required.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist Sales Leader in training new Business Consultants on sales processes and systems
• Audit sales documentation for completeness, communicate gaps to sales team members, and submit completed documentation to the correct department
• Process cases/tickets accurately and timely; notify Business Consultants of unforeseen delays or issues from other departments affecting requests for proposals
• Ensure adherence to guidelines, processes, and policies
• Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements to the Sales Leader
• Ensure necessary promotional or marketing materials are available
• Complete other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Editor)
• Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms
• Experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature tools
• Familiarity with CRM systems; ClientSpace and Salesforce experience is a plus
• Strong time-management skills

• Education & Experience:
